Before using Presto Gel for the first time, please download and read our “Directions for Use” leaflet from our website. Following the recommended protocols will help you gain the most benefit in the shortest time to get rid of hemorrhoids.

Presto gel is stocked in- and shipped from New Zealand, from our rural home in North Canterbury.

Presto gel is manufactured by Israelian manufacturer DanPharm, licensed and under the supervision of the Israelian Health Ministry’s Pharmacy Division.
The Quality Control Systems of Dan Pharm are GMP and ISO Certified.
Dan Pharm is CE Certified by the EU Health Authorities for several of it’s products, which are classified as Medical Devices (MD).
These International Standards control the entire manufacturing and quality assurance processes from raw materials to finished products.
Dan Pharm products are not tested on animals.

Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (GST incl) and are subject to change without notice.

Specials and Discounts normally have limits on how many items you may buy. Additionally, conditions such as an extra day delay in despatch may apply (see each item description).
Bulk discounts may apply if you contact us interested in buying 9 items or more.

Coupon codes are supplied to loyal (*) customers on request. The discount is low as we have a very low profit margin, but for chronic suffers who order frequently this may be of a little extra help.
(*) Loyal means that your ordered at least 5 or 6 times and at least have ordered some non-discounted products from us before.

We ship by NZ Post courier and charge you typically less than it costs us. So we cannot negotiate further discounts.

Your order will be processed quickly, privately and securely. Dealing with haemorrhoids/piles is a sensitive and private matter and so we ship all orders in plain packaging.

Urban delivery courier in New Zealand

At the online-checkout you’ll find by default non-signature courier for delivery throughout (non-rural) New Zealand.

You may choose to upgrade to delivery-with-signature.

Urban courier delivery, including shipping, handling and packaging is charged at a flat urban delivery rate per order; this is at cost or at a discount.

 

Rural delivery courier in New Zealand

At the online-checkout please ensure to select rural-delivery. You’ll pay the extra rate that the rural postie charges, at cost.
You can email us prior to ordering, to arrange collection of your parcel at your local Post shop / Supermarket, which saves you the rural delivery fee.

If you receive mail by rural contractor (“postie”) but you did not pay the extra rural postage at the checkout, we probably will contact you to ask you to pay pay the extra rural fee; this may delay us shipping your order.

 

International

International rates are at cost for Australia.

 

Processing and shipping time

Items are carefully packed for safe delivery and shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving your order (weekends and public holidays excepted). Courier delivery time is generally a few working days although rural delivery may take a little longer.

Some products on discounted prices have as condition (see * in shop for shipping delay) that we may take one extra working day to drop it off to the courier.

Australian deliveries are at the moment delayed by an extra week, or so, so it could be 3 weeks – depending also on Sydney’s international mail processing times.
